The regulatory T (Treg) cells play an important role in the maintenance of homeostasis and
the prevention of autoimmune diseases. Although most studies are focusing on the role of
Treg cells in T cells and T cells-mediated diseases, these cells also directly affect B cells and
other non-T cells. This manuscript updates the role of Treg cells on the B cells and B cell-
mediated diseases. In addition, the mechanisms whereby Treg cells suppress B cell
responses have been discussed.
